Took a reformer foundation level 1 class at Culture Studios and was not disappointed! Our instructor Sammy did an amazing job. Liked how the class size was small. Thank you!Noor M., Google

Yoga

Yoga has a word for that.

Tried the Strength and Sculpt class for the first time and it was a great experience! The instructions were easy to follow and the environment does not feel intimidating at all. Definitely looking forward to coming back!Elyza J., Google

Our reviews read like a staff list.

People do not just rate the studio. They name who taught them.

Christeen

Reformer, Barre Sculpt, Burn

One of my favourite reformer studios. Christeen is the best. Every class is always different and she really knows how to challenge us and makes adjustments based on your level.Charity D., Google

Sammy

Reformer, Foundation to Level 2

As a beginner using the reformer, I found Sammy made the experience feel easy and approachable. Even though the class was intermediate, she thoughtfully modified it to suit my level. She was incredibly supportive and encouraging throughout. I’d highly recommend her classes and would definitely come back again!Rhoo R., Google

Fahreen

Reformer and Mat

For a first timer to a pilates class, I was surprised at how much fun I had! I’ve been afraid to try it out for years due to my arthritis and limited range of motion but loved the challenge! Farheen is an amazing and encouraging teacher. Definitely coming back and have already booked more classes!Jem H., Google

Also on the schedule: Sana, Anh Hoang, Phoenix, Simona, Melody, Sandy, Celeste, Sara, Pooja and Anshul.

The questions everyone asks.

What does it cost to start?

The Culture Starter Pack is CA$99 for unlimited classes over 10 days, for first-time Culture members. After that, a single class is $30, a 3-class pack is $87, a 10-class pack is $270, a 20-class pack is $499 and Monthly Unlimited is $249.

I am out of shape. Is this going to be embarrassing?

No. Many classes are all levels, and instructors offer options so you can set your own challenge. Members keep telling us the same thing in reviews: it does not feel intimidating.

I have never been on a reformer. Where do I start?

Reformer Foundation Level 1. It teaches breath, alignment and control, and how to use the machine, with detailed form correction. Spin has a Beginner’s Ride that does the same for the bike.

What do I bring?

Grip socks are mandatory for every reformer class, and you can buy a pair at the front desk. For spin, bring water, a towel and sneakers or clip-in shoes. Mats, blocks, straps and Pilates balls are here for you.

I am pregnant, or have an injury. Can I come?

We run Prenatal Mat Pilates for every trimester, with no Pilates experience required. For anything else, tell your instructor before class so they can give you options.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel at least 12 hours before class for a full class credit. Late cancels carry a $10 fee. No-shows pay $10 and lose the class credit. All classes are booked in advance, up to 14 days ahead, and we do not take walk-ins.

Where do I park?

There is parking on site. Give yourself an extra 10 minutes the first time, find the front entrance, then follow the signs to the second floor, Unit 206.
